Terms of Service

Effective date: June 9, 2026

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using ProspectHub (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 13 years old to use ProspectHub.

2. Subscriptions and billing

2a. Free trial

New accounts receive a 30-day free trial. No credit card is required to start a trial. Each user may only claim one free trial.

2b. Paid plans

ProspectHub offers two paid subscription plans:

  • Monthly plan — $24/month, billed each month
  • Annual plan — $149/year, billed once per year

2c. Automatic renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) until you cancel. You will be charged the then-current plan price to the payment method on file. You will receive a reminder email before each renewal.

2d. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account billing settings or by emailing contact@prospecthub.org. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. We do not prorate partial periods.

2e. Refunds

We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days of the charge and we will review your case.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited bulk email
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity to coaches
  • Upload or transmit malware or malicious code
  • Attempt to access other users’ accounts or data
  • Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation
  • Violate NCAA, NAIA, or NJCAA rules regarding recruiting contact — you are solely responsible for ensuring your communications comply with applicable athletic association rules

4. Email communications

ProspectHub sends emails on your behalf to college coaches using a proxy address (e.g. yourname@mail.prospecthub.org). You are responsible for the content of all emails sent through your account. Replies from coaches are routed to your ProspectHub inbox. We do not guarantee delivery or replies.

5. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of content you create (profile information, email drafts). You grant ProspectHub a limited license to store and transmit that content as necessary to operate the Service. ProspectHub retains all rights to the platform, software, and design.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is.” ProspectHub does not guarantee that use of the Service will result in coach responses, scholarship offers, or athletic recruitment outcomes. We make no warranty that the coach database is complete or current.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProspectHub’s total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Sections 5, 6, 7, and 9 survive termination.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes will be resolved in binding arbitration (AAA rules) except where prohibited by law. You waive the right to participate in a class action.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will notify you by email of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
